The 2008 CTU Online Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award Nomination Form


The CTU Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for the 2008 CTU Online Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award. Nominations will be accepted via this online form through Wednesday, November 26, 2008.

Have you or an alumnus made significant contributions to a profession and/or community as a result of the educational experience at CTU Online? What academic or professional accomplishments have you or your nominee experienced as a result of Colorado Technical University?

Now is the chance for you or your nominee to be recognized for those contributions and accomplishments! Complete this nomination form for the 2008 CTU Online Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award today.

For you or your nominee to be considered for this award, simply summarize in the nomination form how receiving a degree from Colorado Technical University has enabled you or your nominee to better your or her/his self, both personally and professionally and how the CTU educational experience has allowed you or him/her to impact the lives of others in your profession or community.

To apply or nominate an alumnus, please complete the nomination form below. Your responses will be sent directly to the 2008 Alumni Award selection committee, comprised of faculty, staff, and alumni.

The recipient selected to be the CTU Online Distinguished Alumni will receive the award in person at the Alumni Awards Reception on Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center and will be flown in for the reception.
